As a dedicated teacher and aspiring researcher, I have cultivated a multifaceted academic identity characterized by a deep passion for Chemical Engineering. My academic journey is marked by a commitment to rigorous inquiry, continuous learning, and the pursuit of knowledge that has practical implications for Chemical Engineering & allied fields.
I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani. My educational foundation has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of core concepts in Chemical Engineering and the analytical skills necessary for innovative research and critical thinking.
My primary research interests lie in Modeling, Simulation & Optimization of Process Engineering, where I explore various contemporary research avenues in the field of Chemical / Polymer / Materials Engineering. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the existing body of knowledge in these areas and address pressing questions that have implications for Optimal Solutions.
I have authored several peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals, including Book chapters in edited volumes. Additionally, my work has been recognized through various National and International conferences of repute. These experiences have further enriched my understanding of Chemical Engineering and honed my ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
In addition to my research endeavours, I am deeply committed to teaching and mentorship. I have served as a Lecturer at BITS, Pilani, where I have had the privilege of instructing B.E. (Hons.) & M.E. Later I joined SLIET, Longowal in Jan 2014 as Assistant Professor. Currently I am serving SLIET as Associate Professor in Chemical Engineering. I believe in fostering a dynamic learning environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.
My academic identity is a reflection of my unwavering passion for Chemical Engineering, my dedication to research and teaching, and my commitment to making a positive impact in the academic community and beyond. I look forward to continuing my scholarly journey and collaborating with colleagues who share my enthusiasm for knowledge and discovery.
