Department of Chemical Engineering

The Continuing Education Programmes (CEP) coordinates the higher learning and research in engineering, technology, science, medical science and technology, management of the Institute. Among its activities, it helps in the organization of Continuing Education Programmes aimed at industry as well as short-term Courses under QIP and ISTE, meant for faculty in engineering institutions.

Further, the Centre facilitates other programmes such as book writing scheme, continuing education modules for industry and SLIET series in Science and Engineering. The Education Technology Cell, established by MHRD for the purpose of creating broadcast quality in Science and Technology using the expertise of the faculty and the facilities at SLIET, is also associated with this Centre.

SLIET is deeply committed to the advancement and enrichment of Punjab and India’s other region. Our continuing education programs are designed to help individuals grow — whether it’s exploring an interest, developing skills or shifting careers. The program practices exactly what SLIET always teaches: Never stop learning.
