Dr. Subita Bhagat is a devoted teacher and ambicious scientist, enlightened an intense passion for Chemical Engineering. I am an enthusiastic human being always showing great excitement and interest to learn new things. My academic journey demonstrates an excellent excels in conflict resolution, helping to maintain a positive work atmosphere and has excellent practical implications for Chemical Engineering & allied fields. I accomplished my doctorate from Department of Chemical Engineering, Sant Longowal Institute of Engg.& Technology (SLIET). My academic interests are developing in Polymer Composites, Polymer Processing, Polymer Rheology, Polymer Blends, Biodegradable polymers, Biopolymers, Heat resistant polymers, Conducting polymers, Modeling & Simulation of Polymeric materials & Optimization of Process Engineering, Environment Engineering.
Dr. Subita Bhagat serve SLIET -Longowal in teaching and research with period span of 18 years.
In her tenure, she administered Girls Hostel for seven years, Super ident in regular and supplementary examination of diploma programmed students , Senate member for two years. She again now administering Girls Hostel for PG students from 2024 onwards and as Nodal Officer for Scholarship Cell.
She has efficacious in teaching diploma, UG ,PG and PhD level progressive curriculum.
She participated in various National and International conferences in India and Abroad as an invited speaker. She has also chaired a technical session in an international conference APA- 2023, Goa. She has attended many faculty development programmes organized by various reputed organizations.
She supervised MTech, B.E and Diploma students in their thesis and projects stalking. She embellished many Laboratory setups.
She is a supervisor of Industry person, faculties and students in the journey of their Doctorate.
